Within 60 minutes to any suburb in our service area — guaranteed. For inner-west suburbs like Homebush, Strathfield and Burwood we’re typically on-site in 25–35 minutes. If we exceed 60 minutes on a declared emergency, your call-out fee is waived entirely.

Yes — we’re transparent about it. After-hours emergency rates apply between 6pm–7am weekdays and all day weekends and public holidays. We quote this upfront before we dispatch so there are no surprises. Typical after-hours call-out starts from $180 on top of the job cost.

Every job is different, but as a rough guide: tap replacement from $180, blocked drain from $220, hot water system replacement $1,200–$3,200 depending on type, pipe repair from $320–$850. You always receive a written fixed-price quote before we begin — what you approve is what you pay.

Yes. We hold NSW Fair Trading Plumbing License #DL262389 and are a member of Master Plumbers Australia NSW. Every technician is individually licensed, background-checked and carries $20M public liability insurance. You can verify our license on the NSW Fair Trading register at fairtrading.nsw.gov.au.

If any work we performed fails due to defective workmanship within 2 years of the job date, we return and rectify it at no charge — parts and labour. This is separate from manufacturers’ warranties on products and applies to all residential work. We provide the guarantee in writing on every invoice.

In most cases, yes — we can reline rather than excavate. Our CCTV inspection determines whether the pipe structure supports relining. When it does, we insert a cured-in-place liner that creates a new pipe within the old one, with a 50-year design life. No digging up driveways, gardens or concrete slabs. We’ll always recommend the least invasive option that solves the problem properly.
