Refunds & cancellations
Clear terms, in plain English. All prices below are in Australian dollars and include GST.
30-day initial-payment refund window
If you contact us within 30 calendar days of your first payment, we offer a voluntary refund of that first payment: A$204 for Website Foundation, the first Local Visibility payment, or A$1,250 for JobFlow 90-Day. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Website Foundation — A$204/year
Website Foundation is billed annually. You can ask to cancel future renewal at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access remains available until the paid annual period ends unless we agree otherwise.
Local Visibility — A$47/month or A$470/year
Local Visibility is billed monthly or annually, according to the option chosen at checkout. You can cancel future recurring payments at any time in the Stripe Customer Portal or by emailing support. Your service remains available through the paid period.
JobFlow 90-Day — A$1,250 once
JobFlow 90-Day is a one-time 90-day implementation programme. It does not start a recurring subscription or retainer automatically. At the programme review, we may offer optional ongoing extensions. Any extension requires separate checkout and your explicit consent.
