Website Foundation: A$204/year. Local Visibility: A$47/month or A$470/year. JobFlow 90-Day: A$1,250 once. All prices include GST and the initial payment has a 30-day voluntary refund window. We do not guarantee leads, rankings, or revenue.
WithTradesPro provides Australian trade businesses with a managed website, lead capture, customer-management, review and referral tools, plus selected search-visibility services. The exact inclusions are shown on the selected plan at checkout.
Website Foundation is an annual website plan. Local Visibility is a monthly or annual managed service, according to the option selected at checkout. JobFlow 90-Day is a one-time 90-day managed implementation programme; it does not begin a recurring service or retainer automatically.
Delivery and access: Account access is provided immediately after successful payment. JobFlow 90-Day also includes managed implementation work delivered across its first 90 days.
WithTradesPro is operated by Lindi M McMahon, trading as Hope & Me Interiors (ABN 71 224 877 489).
Website Foundation: A$204 AUD per year including GST. Local Visibility: A$47 AUD per month or A$470 AUD per year including GST, as selected at checkout. Recurring payments are processed securely by Stripe; invoices are available in account settings and emailed after each payment.
JobFlow 90-Day: A$1,250 AUD including GST is charged once at checkout for the 90-day managed implementation. At the programme review, we may offer optional ongoing extensions. An extension always requires separate checkout and your explicit consent.
Prices may change with 30 days' written notice by email. If you don't agree with the change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
30-day voluntary refund: If you contact us within 30 calendar days of your first payment, we will refund that initial Website Foundation, Local Visibility, or A$1,250 JobFlow 90-Day payment, as applicable. This voluntary promise is separate from, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Website Foundation and Local Visibility can be cancelled at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting support. Cancellation ends future recurring charges; access continues through the paid period unless we agree otherwise.
JobFlow 90-Day has no future automatic subscription to cancel. Its initial payment is covered by the 30-day voluntary refund window above. After that window, we continue delivering the agreed 90-day managed implementation. Any optional extension is governed by the terms shown at its separate checkout.
Your content remains yours. Request an export before cancellation and we will provide the available export of your content and account data.
By using TradesPro, you confirm that:
You retain full ownership of your content — images, text, logos, branding, business information, and any materials you upload to your TradesPro site. You grant TradesPro a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. This license ends when your account is cancelled (within the 90-day data retention period).
TradesPro owns the platform — the software, templates, design system, SEO tools, and underlying technology. Nothing in these terms gives you ownership of the platform itself.
You may not use TradesPro to host websites for:
We reserve the right to suspend accounts hosting prohibited content, with 24 hours' notice to remediate.
We aim to keep the service available and will give notice of planned maintenance where practical. We may make reasonable changes to maintain, secure, or improve the service.
We don't guarantee that your website will generate a specific number of leads, jobs, or revenue. Too many factors are outside our control — your trade, location, competition, and local market conditions all play a part. We give you the tools; results depend on how you use them.
TradesPro is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost revenue, lost business, lost data, or replacement costs.
Our total liability is capped at the total amount you paid TradesPro in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify TradesPro and WithTradesPro against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for: material breach of these terms (including non-payment), illegal activity, prohibited content, or abusive behaviour toward staff. We'll notify you by email before termination where possible and provide a reasonable period to remedy the issue.
If a dispute arises, contact us first — we're reasonable people. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, either party may pursue remedies under the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Entire agreement: These terms (plus the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and TradesPro / WithTradesPro.
Severability: If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Changes to terms: We'll provide 30 days' notice of material changes via email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
