Here's What We Need From You
You don't need to be technical. You don't need to gather everything perfectly. Just send us what you have, and we'll build your site.
This checklist is your roadmap. Fill in what you can. For anything you don't have, we have defaults or we can source it for you.
Section 1
Business Basics
Required — 5 min to gather
These are the fundamentals. We need all five.
Business name (exactly as it appears on your ABN)
Phone number (the number you want on the site)
Email address (where we send lead notifications)
ABN (for trust signals section)
Service area(s) (list all suburbs or postcodes you serve)
Example:
Business name: "ABC Plumbing Sydney"

Service areas: Campbelltown, Narellan, Minto, Tahmoor
Section 2
Services
Required — 10 min to gather
List all the services you offer. Be specific.
Example for plumber:
- Emergency plumbing repairs
- Drain cleaning & unblocking
- Hot water system installation
- Bathroom renovations
- Gas fitting
- Leak detection
Example for electrician:
- Electrical repairs
- Power point installation
- Switchboard upgrades
- Safety inspections (RCD testing)
- EV charger installation
(Just list them. We'll write the descriptions.)
List of all services (copy-paste from your current site, or list them here)
Section 3
Trust Signals
Optional but Recommended — 5 min
This builds credibility. Have some? Include it.
Licence number (plumbing, electrical, builder, etc.) — IMPORTANT: required for tradies
Years in business (e.g., "Since 2015")
Certifications or qualifications (Blue Card, White Card, specific certs)
Insurance details (optional; we can display "Fully insured")
Team size (solo, 2–5 people, 10+ people)
Example:
Licence: PL1234567
Years in business: Since 2012 (12+ years)
Certifications: Blue Card, Master Plumber
Insurance: Fully insured, public liability
Team: Solo operator

Section 4
Photos
Highly Recommended — 15 min to gather
These are the trust builders. Send us 5–10 of your best work photos.
What we need:
- Before/after photos (especially valuable — shows problem & solution)
- Photos of your work (bathroom reno, kitchen plumbing, electrical install, etc.)
- Team photos (optional — builds personal connection)
- Business photos (office, van, equipment, optional)
- Logo (if you have one, optional)
Format:
- JPG or PNG
- High resolution (phone camera is fine)
- Sideways photos are okay; we'll rotate them
If you don't have photos:
We can source stock photos and customize them. Or we can create placeholder graphics. You can add real photos later (no extra cost).

Content
Optional — varies
Existing content is a plus. But we can write from scratch.
