How long does the migration take?

Most migrations complete within 48 hours of you giving us the go-ahead. We rebuild your site, set up all the redirects, and flip the DNS switch once everything is confirmed. More complex WordPress sites with lots of custom pages may take a little longer — we'll let you know upfront.

Do I need to do anything technical?

No. You fill out a short intake form telling us where your current site is and provide any login details we need. From there, our team handles everything — domain transfer, content migration, DNS, SSL certificate, and go-live. You don't touch a setting.

What about my business email?

Your email keeps working throughout. We migrate the website separately from your email DNS records, so your @yourdomain.com.au addresses are never interrupted. If you'd also like to move your email hosting after go-live, we can walk you through that as a separate step — but the website migration itself doesn't touch your email.

Can I keep my existing domain name?

Yes. Your domain name is yours — we just point it at your new TradesPro site. Your customers, your Google listing, and your business cards all keep working with the exact same web address. If your domain is registered through GoDaddy, Crazy Domains, or another registrar, you can leave it there — we just update where it points.
